Have I got Schnitzels for you.....

Schnitzel from home...
.... but we call them 'cotolette'.

My Zia Vincenza made these. They're great. Obviously real chicken, and
heaps of parmesan and parsley in the crumb.

They cost me $0, but they probably cost her more than that.
